Can’t Get Enough of Scrappy!

Forgive my enthusiasm.  This is the nicest kitten I’ve ever fostered.  She is so full of happiness and gratitude that she was saved from the brink of death, that she spends all day giving love to anything that is in her path.  Other cats…

This is so comfy!

This is so comfy!

Plus feet, shoes, grocery bags, cat toys, dust bunnies and anything else within her reach.  She’s crazy and fun and has a purr that sounds like a VW bug in need of a muffler. We love her very much and hope she can find a good home.  Since she spent the first few sad weeks of her life trying to survive in this neighborhood I was hoping that SOMEONE from our hood would give her a home. If not, I’m not ashamed to beg.  If there is anyone reading this who would like to take this great little creature home, I will make it my mission to get her to you.

I am always a little sad when I have to bring kittens back to the shelter, but not because they don’t do a good job finding homes for them.  It’s just that I always wonder where these babies end up and what kind of parents they have.  Sometimes one of these critters worms her way into my heart in a big way and I am very sad to give them up.  The sad truth is, I can’t keep the kittens I foster anymore because then I would run out of room/resources to foster in the future.  Please, please, please consider taking Scrappy!  (See, I said I had no shame) And here are a few more pictures of our little houseguest to sweeten the deal.

Her first night with us. Weighed only one pound. You could feel her bones and her eyes were closed with infection.

I don’t weely like “outside” Mulder. Can we go back in. 😦
