…No need for mittens.  Not in this heat!  Meet my three new house guests for the next couple of weeks.

At first, they weren’t too happy about their arrival at the Burlingame Kitten Farm.

Then they relaxed a little.

Then they relaxed a little bit more.

Then they lost consciousness. 🙂

Their names are Izzy, Brownie and Bobbie.  They’re supposed to be all girls, but Jim will verify that when he gets back from his trip.  He’s the master “kitten sexer”.  Don’t repeat that to anyone.  It could be taken the wrong way.  I named the first one “Bobbie” because she had a bobbed tail.  Then I noticed another one had a bobbed tail as well.  I’m hoping they were born this way.  The alternative is unthinkable.  😦

And in “fixer-upper” news.  Phase one of our little cottage renovation is complete.  The stairs have been moved to the side and a roof is over the porch.  I think it turned out GREAT!  I invite my neighbors to do a drive by the back of 68 Boardwalk and take a gander.  Pouring the parking pad will come later.  For now we’ll take a breather on the construction projects.  I highly recommend John and Robert.  Extremely hard-working guys who take pride in their workmanship.  Message me for their contact info if you have any manly projects that need doing around your home.

And I did say they were easy on the eyes didn’t I?
